Craftsmanship & Materials

  • All Styled by AJM jewellery is hand-crocheted from fine metal wire. This specialist technique creates a distinctive woven texture with a refined, luxury finish. Many pieces are finished with crystal and bead details for light-catching sparkle. Each design is made by hand in small batches, so every piece feels considered and unique.

  • Our bags are completely handmade using a range of artisan techniques depending on the design—this may include crochet, hand-stitching, structured construction, and decorative finishing details. Each bag is created with careful attention to shape, durability, and style so it feels like a true statement piece, not something mass-produced.

  • Yes. Every Styled by AJM piece is made in small batches to maintain quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This also means some styles may be limited and not restocked immediately once sold out.

  • To keep your piece looking its best:

    • Store it in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or jewellery box.

    • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, and hairspray.

    • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.

    • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear to maintain shine.

    • Handle with care—wire-crochet is durable, but it’s still a handcrafted piece and should not be bent or pulled.

  • Custom requests may be available depending on the design and current workload. Please contact us with what you have in mind (style, colour, deadline), and we’ll confirm availability and timing.

Orders

  • Add your items to cart and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after payment is successful.

  • Please check your junk/spam folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your full name and the email you used at checkout.

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP with your order number and request.
    If it has already been dispatched, you can follow our Returns process.

  • We ship from the UK to:

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and selected service.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and service. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout (and on our Delivery page).

  • We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (launches, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • If you choose a tracked service (or your order ships tracked by default), you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Sometimes tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after dispatch. If there’s no movement after that, contact us and we’ll look into it.

  • Please:

    1. Check with neighbours/household members

    2. Check any safe place your courier may have left it

    3. Contact your local depot if available
      Then email us and we’ll help you investigate.

  • For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties/taxes/handling fees. These are set by your country and aren’t included in our prices.

Delivery & Shipping

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery (items must be unused/unworn and in original condition). Please see our full Return Policy for steps and exceptions.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings/pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

    • Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return postage

    • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we’ll cover reasonable return postage or arrange a replacement once confirmed

  • If an item is returned damaged, broken, worn, or not in original condition, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect the reduced value (this can be up to the full amount if it can’t be resold).

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after we receive your return (or proof of return). Banks/payment providers can take a few business days to show the refund.

Products & Care

  • Yes , many pieces are handmade / made in small batches. Because of this, small variations can occur and make each item unique.

  • To keep jewellery looking its best:

    • Store in a dry place (preferably a pouch/box)

    • Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals

    • Remove before showering, swimming, and workouts

    • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

    • Avoid overfilling to protect shape and closures

    • Keep away from direct heat/sunlight for long periods

    • Spot clean gently with a soft cloth

    • Store stuffed lightly to help keep shape

Payments

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout ( e.g., debit/credit card and/or Apple Pay).


    If you ever can’t see a card option on mobile, try tapping “More payment options” at checkout or use an alternative browser/device.

  • Yes — payments are processed securely through our checkout/payment provider.

  • From time to time we run offers. If you have a code, enter it at checkout.

  • Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
