Welcome to Styled by AJM. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through styledbyajm.com (“Website”). By using our Website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Orders

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy products from us.

  • Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount paid.

3) Prices & payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., debit/credit card and/or Apple Pay).

4) Product information

  • We do our best to display accurate descriptions and photos, but colours may vary between screens/devices.

  • If items are handmade or made in small batches, small variations may occur and are not considered faults.

5) Delivery

We ship from the UK to the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, and Canada.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK: 2–6 days

  • International (Europe/USA/Australia/Canada): 2–11 days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather, and other events outside our control.

Address accuracy: Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may not be able to change it once an order has been processed/dispatched.

6) International shipping (customs & duties)

  • For deliveries outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees or an incorrect address, any costs we incur may be deducted from your refund.

7) Returns, cancellations & refunds

  • Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy, provided they are unused/unworn, in original condition, and returned with packaging where possible.

    Hygiene exception: earrings / pierced jewellery

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive faulty or we sent the wrong item.

    Damaged/used returns

  • If an item is returned damaged, broken, worn, or not in original condition, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect the item’s reduced value (including up to no refund if it cannot be resold).

    Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once your return is received (or proof of return is provided). Your bank/payment provider may take a few business days to show the refund.

8) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@styledbyajm.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or attempted repairs is not considered a fault.

9) Promotions & discount codes

  • Discount codes are valid only under the conditions shown and for the time stated.

  • Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.

  • We may withdraw or refuse codes if we suspect misuse.

10) Intellectual property

  • All Website content (images, text, branding, logos, and designs) belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

11) Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

  • We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruptions or customs delays).

  • Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
