🕒 Change of Mind Returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As you are purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within:

• 14 days of receiving your item to request a return

• 14 additional days to send it back

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Original packaging should be included

• The return must be posted within the timeframe above

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seal/packaging has been opened.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and checked:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

• You received the wrong item
